Mikhail Gorbachev became the Soviet leader. And one of the Best 'Woops We Goofed' of '85: Coke introduced a new and improved version...not well received...so they re-introduced the original coca cola as Coke "Classic." What a year. Good choice for a time to reference. Here’s some more 1985 trivia:
